Life Span of Stag Beetle
The life span of these fascinating creatures is for 3-7 years. The size of the males is slightly larger than females. The size of the male stag beetle is 35-75mm, while that of the female is 30-50mm. They are also very lightweight, weighing only 2-6 grams.

Stag Beetles feed on sweet liquids from tree sap and juices from mushy fruits. They use their strong jaws to eat dead wood, which actually helps the forest stay healthy
