Amit Panghal felt that he h actually won final showdown & clinched World Boxing Championship gold as he h "landed in more clean punches in right areas" but chose t to cry foul when his opponent was judged winner as it would go against "spirit of game."

Amit Panghal in an exclusive chat with Republic TV

"Yes, I h hit more clean punches. In first round, it was seven clean hits while my opponent h five and in second both of us h six each. So who was winner? But anyway, its a part of life and its a part of sports. I did t lodge any protest r my coach as we thought re might be some technical reasons that maybe we are unaware of. And it goes against spirit of game" Amit Panghal told Republic TV in an exclusive chat after his return from World Boxing Championship today.
