Antonio Brown becomes most searched person in the US: Google report

Former Patriots wide receiver and now free agent Antonio Brown has topped the list of the most searched person in the United States, according to Google.

Google recently released its Year in Search report, a report that delves into consumer behaviours and also lists most searched people in various countries around globe. While likes of Billie Eilish, Keanu Reeves, Rami Malek and Brie Larson me list of most googled actors in world,  list of most searched people in United States threw up a major surprise.

Former Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown is officially most googled person in US this year, according to Google's Year in Search report. Antonio Brown has been in news for all wrong reasons since September. Brown's former trainer Britney Taylor filed a sexual assault lawsuit against wide receiver in September. NFL is currently in middle of an investigation into incident. However, former Patriots wide receiver has been vocal about his frustration regarding amount of time NFL is taking to come to a conclusion. Britney Taylor's sexual assault allegation was followed by ar allegation of sexual misconduct by an artist who was working at his home in 2017.

Though Patriots have struggled in offence this season, y remain opposed to bringing back Antonio Brown due to sexual assault allegations. Antonio Brown did issue an apology to Patriots owner Robert Kraft for "b media and drama" after incident. However, Patriots are unlikely to bring him back from his exile. Antonio Brown-less Patriots have t done too well in NFL in recent weeks. y recently suffered back-to-back losses against Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs. reigning Super Bowl champions face Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15 on Sunday, December 15.
