As Neeraj was gunning it for first throw everything seemed rmal. Neeraj started with a gigantic throw and it appeared to fall between 80-85m. Kishore Kumar Jena made a second attempt of 79.76m but at first, it was declared as a foul. But player didn't touch boundary line and was inside area. But later after a discussion with officials, his attempt was reinstated.
