Both players, who took a long break after ir campaign at Paris Games ended in early August without a medal, have struggled to regain ir best form since Olympics.

Since his semifinal loss in Paris, Lakshya has endured early exits at Arctic Open Super 500 and Denmark Open, and trend continued last week, with young shuttler making anor first-round exit from Kumamoto Masters Japan.
