Anthony Davis reveals reason behind his chemistry with LeBron James at Lakers

Anthony Davis and Le Bron James performance for Lakers has been impressive helping the team to 9-2 record in the 2019-20 season making them the team to beat.

Ever since Anthony Davis made his way into the Los Angeles Lakers side, there were a lot of expectations that the team would be the one to beat. The 2019-20 season has seen the Lakers become one of the teams to beat in the Western Conference. The team currently has a 9-2 (win-loss) record, thanks to a superb performance from Anthony Davis and LeBron James.

Anthony Davis on learning from LeBron James

In a recent sit-down interview, David said that he has already learned so much from James about the game of basketball. Davis said that James talks to him all the time especially during the game. James has a great basketball mind and his IQ is off the charts.

"He (James) sees plays before they happen and some of the passes he makes during the game, I’m just like, ‘Man, how the hell you make that?" Davis was quoted as saying by ESPN. He also said that both of them constantly learn from each other and he is picking up so much information and constantly learning from a great mind.

Davis continued to praise James and said that all players want to learn from James. "He pushes the information, he gives information, and it’s on you to take it," Davis added.

James and Davis have been dominant on the court and their stats are equally impressive.  James is averaging 24.0 points, 11.0 assists, and 8.2 rebounds per game. While Davis is averaging 26.3 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.9 blocks per game.

If these two stars continue to learn from each other then Lakers could be adding yet another banner to the rafters of Staples Center.
