Chris Paul reacts to fans' snitch hotline jokes, says his wife told him about them

Following  NBA's announcement about 2019-20 season restart in Orlando, Florida, league released an extensive 113-page memo about ir plans and rules for  NBA bubble and restart. In memo, re were details about an NBA snitch hotline, which enabled players to call and report or players y believe have been breaking safety protocols set by league. As per  Athletic, multiple tips were submitted to NBA snitch hotline to report several 'potential protocol violations' by NBA players. Following revelation, fans started joking about Oklahoma City Thunder's star Chris Paul being one who was reporting his players by calling NBA snitch hotline.

Chris Paul reacts to all NBA snitch hotline jokes me about him

NBA fans started sharing memes about All-Star guard on social media, convinced that Paul was one calling hotline on regular. y referred to a 2019 game where Chris Paul bagged a point for Oklahoma City Thunder against Minnesota Timberwolves by pointing out a rule about not wearing jersey properly. While talking to TNT's Ernie Johnson on Monday, 35-year-old guard revealed how he found out about tweets.

Paul revealed his wife was one who informed him about tweets. He himself was unaware of tweets and mitted that he saw some when his wife sent him some of m. However, Chris Paul ded that 'it is what it is' and he cannot change what people share on social media.

As of now, Bruno Caboclo and Sacramento Kings centre Richuan Holmes are among few NBA players who have broken league's safety protocols. y h to restart ir 48-hour long quarantine process. If any player breaks protocol, a warning will be issued. If y continue to break rules, suspension and campus ban will follow.

Paul has led  Thunder to sixth seed in Western Conference, tied with Houston Rockets at a 40-24 win-loss record. He was averaging 17.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 6.8 assists before season was suspended on March 11. Thunder will begin ir seeding games at NBA bubble by playing Utah Jazz on August 1, 3:30 PM EST (August 2, 1:00 AM IST).
