After ir loss against Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz are on a three-game loss on ro. w, after Dovan Mitchell's ankle injury, team will play without ir star player for at least some time. Jazz are currently leing league with ir record, maintaining ir spot for months.

After his significant ankle sprain, Mitchell will t play upcoming game against defending champions. Los Angeles Lakers won teams' last encounter. next game is scheduled for Monday, 10:00 PM (Tuesday, 7:30 AM IST).  Udoka Azubuike is also out with his ankle injury. 

Dovan Mitchell return: When is Dovan Mitchell coming back?

As per reports, Utah Jazz's Dovan Mitchell will be re-evaluated after a week. As per team, he is currently suffering from what one calls a "significant" ankle sprain. Depending on his re-evaluation, his return to team might be calculated. However, a week means he will miss four games guaranteed. This of course includes Lakers matchup. 

During Jazz's 119-11 win against Indiana Pacers on Friday (Saturday IST), Mitchell was escorted off court after his injury during third quarter. Jazz star fell awkwardly near Pacers bench. He immediately grabbed his lower leg, in pain.

As per x-rays taken at arena itself, Mitchell does t have a broken bone. Before his injury, Mitchell was averaging 40.5 points per game. During Pacers game, he scored 22 points, shooting 7-of-15.

With 42 wins and 15 losses, Utah Jazz are leing Western Conference and league. Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers follow. Lakers, on or hand, are ranked fifth in West 35-22 (win-loss) record. Placed second early in season, Lakers have slipped down rank after James and Davis' injury. Denver Nuggets are ranked fourth, while Portland Trail Blazers trail behind Lakers.
