Los Angeles Lakers defeated Dallas Mavericks 108-95 on Sunday evening (Monday morning IST). game took place at Lakers' home Staples Center. Anthony Davis scored 23 points for Lakers while shooting 8-of-12 from field. This was Anthony Davis' 26th NBA 2019-20 game with 20 or more points. LeBron James scored 13 points and 13 assists for Lakers. In process, James became ninth NBA player to complete 9000 assists. He scored his 9000th assist with 4:35 minutes left during Q1. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored his season-high 19 points, which included four three-pointers. Dwight Howard scored 15 points during Q2.

Lakers had a 35-31 lead over Mavericks during Q2. y went on a 12-2 run to furr increase score deficit. Lakers gained a massive lead of 17 points in between Q3.
