Los Angeles Lakers returned from shortest offseason in league history and celebrated franchise's 17th title. After getting ir championship rings, Los Angeles Clippers rallied past Los Angeles Lakers for a 116-109 victory Tuesday.

Frank Vogel also limited James' playing time and kept Davis to 31 minutes, anticipating long grind ahe on his veterans after a 10-week offseason.

LeBron James scored 22 points and Anthony Davis h 18 for Lakers, while Dennis Schroder was impressive in his Lakers debut, with 14 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists.
