LeBron James left grimacing after scary knee-to-knee collision with Josh Hart

LeBron James' LA Lakers romped to their ninth straight win in the Western Conference. However, the Lakers star was left in pain after a collision with Josh Hart

Pelicans vs Lakers game at Smoothie King Center ended in favour of Lakers on Wednesday night (Thursday morning IST). Anthony Davis' return to his former team saw him register a game-high 41-point display. However, despite a ninth straight win, re was a dark lining over Lakers' silver cloud of victory.

Pelicans vs Lakers: LeBron James suffers and brushes off knee injury

LeBron James' knee-to-knee collision with Pelicans shooting guard Josh Hart in second quarter of Pelicans vs Lakers game left Lakers fans holding ir breath. LeBron James was visibly in pain after collision and had to be subbed out of game. Lakers star was n checked out by his trainer Mike Mancias for a couple of minutes.

However, LeBron James made his way back into game in time after collision. James ended with 29 points on night, with five rebounds and 11 assists to go along with his 29-point display. Despite LeBron James' usual dominating display, it was his teammate Anthony Davis who stole show on his return to Smoothie King Arena.

Davis registered a game-high 41 points in Pelicans vs Lakers game to silence boos from Pelicans supporters as he led Lakers to ir ninth consecutive victory in Western Conference. Lakers currently have best record in NBA with a record of 16-2. However, it is worth ting that y have had best record in NBA for quite some time, considering Bucks w have next-best record of 15-3.
