LeBron James' media company to produce docu-series on infamous Astros cheating scandal
As per reports, LeBron James' media company Uninterrupted and Quibi will be teaming up to make Sign Language, a docu-series on Astros sign-stealing scandal.

As per reports, LeBron James' media company Uninterrupted and streaming service Quibi will be teaming up to make Sign Langu. documentary will give an inside look into scandal and will focus on fallout. In ir press release, Quibi stated that docu-series will 'transcend baseball diamond to explore larger mes of greed, cheating, corruption, sportsmanship, and social media activism'. Two months ago, re were reports about producers Leon Neyfakh and Andre Parsons wanting to have a podcast about 2017 Houston Astros season, which y intended to make into a series n.

Maverick Carter, who co-founded Uninterrupted with LeBron James, will be executive producer along with Jamal Henderson, Philip Byron and Jason Stein. Julia Willoughby Nason and Jenner Furst are reported to direct series. Sign Langu will also come from investigative filmmaking company Cinemart, who have previously made documentary Fyre Feud focusing on Fyre Festival in Bahamas. As of w, release date or schedule for docu-series is anunced.

Last year in vember, Major League Basketball launched an investigation regarding 2017 Astros cheating rumours. Astros pitcher Mike Fiers had revealed certain details about illegal sign-stealing while talking to Athletic. investigation was concluded in January. MLB fined team $5 million and suspended manr Hinch and GM Lunhow for a year.
Both were fired after investigation was released. LeBron James was among athletes to spoke about scandal, calling out Astros for cheating and commissioner Rob Manfred for t handling situation as it should have been.
