George Floyd protests: Lakers star LeBron James shared a video of a peaceful protest that was held in Colorada with the co-operation of police personnel.

"Uproar, outr and volatile" were three of many words being used to describe situation in United States over last few days. tragic death of George Floyd, an African-American, at hands of four police personnel which was captured on video by an onlooker led to widespread chaos across United States. George Floyd protests began in city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, where incident occurred, but have w spread to various cities in USA. New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and or cities recorded mass protests over George Floyd's death as agitated Americans demand an end to police brutality against mirity communities. NBA stars have also joined in on effort to rally masses as y used social media to connect with ir millions of followers. Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has been one of most vocal voices in fight against systemic racism and police brutality with frequent posts on Twitter.

LeBron James recently shared a video on his official Twitter handle. video is of a protest in Colorado that was covered by a local news outlet. While a number of media outlets have extensively covered rioting and looting in aftermath of incident, video shared by LeBron James showcases a mass peaceful protest in Colorado. LeBron James' protest video was backed with an interesting Instagram campaign that involved his fellow Lakers players. Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Dwight Howard and or Lakers put up a statement that read, "If you ain't with us, we ain't with y'all" on ir respective Instagram handles to express solidarity with protestors across country.

George Floyd was handcuffed face-down while officers pinned him down, with one officer kneeling on his neck, leading to Floyd's death. Minneapolis PD officer, Derek Chauvin, who has been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter was person who used his knee to restrain George Floyd while Floyd pleaded, 'I can't brea', which ultimately led to his unfortunate death.
