Michael Jordan's Chicago Bulls were just whiners, claims Pistons legend Bill Laimbeer
Detroit Pistons legend Bill Laimbeer hit out Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls and called them 'whiners' while defending their 1991 walk out.

Michael Jordan's documentary Last Dance has provided insight into intense Bulls vs Pistons rivalry which lasted during late 80s and early 90s. Last Dance threw light on Pistons' walk out on Bulls in 1991 after Michael Jordan's side finally mand a victory over 'B Boys' Pistons after three unsuccessful attempts. Bill Laimbeer who played a major part in Bulls vs Pistons rivalry, still supports Pistons walk out on Bulls despite public persecution.

Speaking to ESPN's Jump, Bill Laimbeer labelled Bulls whiners and has defended ir decision to walk out of 1991 clash. Laimbeer claims that Bulls whined and cried for a year and called m 'b people' and termed m b for game. two-time NBA champion hit back at Michael Jordan and Bulls franchise terming that y weren't b people and were just about winning. Laimbeer ded that he did t want to shake ir hands after all ir whining and claimed that Bulls knew thing about what Pistons were. Laimbeer, in end, gave credit to Michael Jordan for having won series and claimed that Pistons got old and his side went past m.

Bulls vs Pistons rivalry was at its peak in late 80s when Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas led respective teams. Pistons, kwn as 'B Boys' for ir extreme physical play, denied Chicago Bulls a place in NBA finals for three consecutive seasons before being outplayed in 1991 clash. Michael Jordan's Bulls won four straight games en route ir first championship but it was blighted by controversy after Pistons walk out on Bulls in fourth game. Isiah Thomas, Bill Laimbeer were among several B Boys Pistons who refused to shake hands post-match and left court with almost eight seconds left to play.
