NBA coronavirus update: League could hold NBA games in different cities

According to ESPN's report, league could hold NBA games in different cities where virus has t yet reached. game could be moved to a different arena or even neutral cities where coronavirus case has been reported. NBA has also considered conducting games without any audiences. League activities could also be suspended. However, decision is dependant on limited public screening in USA, which gives m a limited understanding of how widespread virus could be.

Reports also revealed that individual NBA teams have been unwilling to play NBA games without ir fans. teams, league and public health experts have been communicating throughout week and are waiting to make right call. Ohio Goverr Mike DeWine has also recommended indoor teams to play without ir fans for some time. Cavaliers, who are on a six-game road trip, have time to evaluate situation and n make a decision.

Media has been eliminated from locker rooms temporarily, while players have been recommended to reduce ir fan interactions. Players have been recommended to go for a fistbump instead of a handshake. Players from Chinese Basketball Association are currently halted from signing any contracts.

Along with opting for fistbumps, players are also advised to avoid signing autographs and jerseys.
