Stephen Curry eyes early spring NBA return after suffering hand injury

Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry has said that he expects to return at some point later in season. Curry broke his left hand in loss to Phoenix Suns on October 30. He had surgery on vember 1 and spoke to media ahead of Warriors’ game against Utah Jazz.

Stephen Curry: Expecting return before NBA season ends

Stephen Curry was upbeat about his chances and did t specify a return date. He said that he’s excited at prospect of t losing entire season and might be back in early spring. He said that he does t have much clue because he’s never suffered an injury of his extent but is positive with that he will be back after rehab process.

Stephen Curry wore a large brace in his hand is expected to be out for at least 3 months. He said that re’s ar procedure on his hand left, which will happen in early December as a part of recovery process. He said he’s hopeful of hitting road around start of New Year to train and be around team as much as he can.

Warriors struggling with Curry's absence

Warriors meanwhile are struggling with absence of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Klay is recovering from a left ACL injury, and his return date is unclear. Warriors’ are 2-8 (win-loss record) heading into games on Monday. Curry said that he’s looking forward to day when both are back toger on court.

Warriors’ coach Steve Kerr expects Stephen Curry and Thompson to be back at some point in season and help younger player grows within organisation’s system. Curry was equally ecstatic about playing with younger players and said he’ll do all he can to guide m. He furr added that he’s struggling with being away from team. He said that he’s treating recovery period as a mini-offseason to get himself fresh and ready.
