The Golden State Warriors have been reportedly preparing to acquire Milwaukee Bucks star and NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo via free agency for some time now.

While Giannis has led Bucks to league-best 53-12 win-loss record this season, reports say that reigning NBA MVP may consider a trade if he does t think team can win a championship. However, Giannis has refused to make a comment on issue.

As per recent reports, NBA suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic might help Warriors acquire Giannis. Some Warriors trade rumours hint at team being ready to trade Andrew Wiggins and ir lottery pick for acquiring Giannis. Reports term Wiggins trade with Minnesota Timberwolves a 'gold mine', as Warriors could also go for any or player y want to acquire. While Giannis has been reported to be on good terms with Bucks manment, he might consider a move if y do t win a championship soon.

If Giannis chooses to sign an extension, massive Wiggins trade could prove to be useful for Warriors. Warriors also have ir highly-drafted lottery selection this year, as a result of ir disastrous NBA 2019-20 season. However, many reports do t see Giannis, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson playing at same time for franchise.
