According to complainant, she was in a consensual relationship with De La Hoya during time of alleged assault in vember 2017. 29-year-old accused world-rewned boxing promoter for molesting and forcing her into sexual activities after she refused to indulge in physical intimacy. According to her statement, superstar boxing promoter invited her to see him in his new home in Pasenna and forced her in a sexual submission against her will. She furr stated that Oscar was intoxicated at moment and became more aggressive for performing a specific sex act.
