After blessing the American boxing industry with a knockout victory against Mike Snider on his debut last year, Vijender Singh is all set to square off against Charles Adamu for his next professional bout on November 22 in Dubai. The undefeated Indian boxer, who has already got his hands on WBO Asia Pacific and Oriental super middleweight titles, will face the two-time former Commonwealth super-middleweight Champion Snider. Vijender Singh believes that he can secure a top-notch victory against him. Both Vijender and Charles are coming off from knockout victories in their last fight and boxing veterans feel that it is going to be a dog fight between them.

Boxing: Vijender Singh’s take on the fight

Vijender Singh holds a boxing record of 11 wins with no losses, which include eight knockouts and he believes that he can end this year on a winning note. The Indian has had rigorous training sessions for more than two months and he feels that he is fully prepared to take over the former Commonwealth super-middleweight champion. On the other hand, Charles is an experienced opponent and Vijender can expect a tough test due to having greater experience in such fights over the Indian star. But Vijender believes that once he starts landing shots, Charles will surely go down. The undefeated boxer further expressed his urge to go for a world title in 2020 and feels that his upcoming fight is going to build him up for that.

However, Charles naturally feels that he is capable enough of ending Vijender Singh’s win streak. “If he thinks I’ll be one of his earlier opponents whom he’ll brush by, then he’s very mistaken,” said the two-time former Commonwealth super-middleweight Champion, who also plans to put up a tactical masterclass which Vijender has never seen before. On November 22, all the doubts will be clear when these two men lock their horns inside the ring.
