WATCH: Australia PM Scott Morrison turns water-boy for cricket game

Earlier today, the Prime Minister of Australia turned into a water boy when the Australia PM XI team was facing the Sri Lankan team in a practice match.

Prime Minister of Australia turned into a water boy when Australia PM XI team was facing Sri Lankan team in a practice match. match was being played at Manuka Oval stadium which turned out to be a pretty low-scoring affair. However, when Sri Lankan’s were batting, Scott Morrison was seen running on to field with a drink carrier in his hand.

Australia PM turns water boy 

His special appearance shocked many viewers and also Australian players. When Morrison was running towards field, many players were seen laughing and some were shocked. Some players also shook his hand as he was leaving field. Australian PM came to field on sixteenth over when Sri Lanka had scored only 110 runs. Morrison was wearing a white formal shirt, a black trouser and a green and yellow striped tie. He was also seen representing his country by wearing traditional yellow cap of Australia.

Australia PM XI vs Sri Lanka: Sri Lanka tour of Australia 2019

Lasith Malinga-led Sri Lankan cricket team is currently on a trip to Australia for three T20I matches. Sri Lanka recently defeated World 1 T20 side Pakistan in ir home conditions. A young Lankan team whitewashed hosts 3-0 after losing ODI series 2-0. Earlier, Australian cricket coach Justin Langer revealed that ir limited-overs captain Aaron Finch will be fit before start of Australia’s international summer. Sri Lankan team is currently on a trip to play a three-match T20I series against kangaroos. first of three games will be played at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide.
