Ar important topic discussed during meeting was absence of pace spearhe, Jasprit Bumrah. team's vice captain was rested for third test, which BCCI officials were t pleased with. y also questioned why team chose a rank turner after losing on a similar of surface in Pune.

"Bumrah's absence was discussed although it was a precautionary move. Opting for a rank turner despite India t faring well on se tracks are some of issues that came up for discussion," source ded.
