"B. That you have fixed hearing on objections filed by various persons against other nominations. "Please note that we beseech you to kindly grant us a formal hearing before making any decision on my complaint and objections. It would be against the principle of natural justice and fair play if any decision is taken on basis of the reply filed either by Rajat Sharma or anyone claiming to represent DDCA, without either supplying copy of the same to us and without giving any opportunity of the oral hearing to me. 'Please further note that the Ld. Amicus appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court has advised that he is not involved in any manner with the process of Election and has not considered or given any opinion on the objections raised by any person against any officer of any Association of BCCI."The copy of this email is also marked to COA and the Ld. Amicus for there kind perusal."
