Former Team India captains Kapil Dev and Mohammad Azharuddin were very critical of behaviour that India U19 boys displayed in final of U19 World Cup against Bangladesh U19s. Sunday's final ran into a lot of controversy as players from both sides got involved in a brawl after match. ICC had even imposed sanctions on five players from match on Tuesday.

Sunday's U19 World Cup final ran into a lot of controversy as animosity between two teams was very evident throughout match. Bangladesh pulled off an upset when y defeated pre-tournament favourites India to lift ir first-ever World Cup trophy. match's intensity was even higher as players from both teams constantly went after each or, mouthing s, and trying to get under skins of opposition. Kapil Dev, Mohammad Azharuddin call for strict action to be taken by BCCI
As reported by an Indian sports portal, former India skippers Mohammad Azharuddin and Kapil Dev are t pleased with behaviour that young Indians set on world st. On Tuesday, ICC imposed sanctions on five players out of which two were Indians - Ravi Bishi and Akash Singh. former skippers believed that BCCI should also come up with its own punishment for youngsters to set right example for budding cricketers. Dev expressed anger at way Indian team behaved and condemned behaviour. Azharuddin proceeded to ask questions of support staff and why y failed to instill right values among young Under-19 boys.
