The BCCI President Sourav Ganguly came forward and offered his last respects to Mohammed Siraj's late father Ghouse who passed away on Friday at the age of 53

Sourav Ganguly came forward to offer his last respects to pacer Mohammed Siraj's far Mohammed Ghouse who passed away on Friday at of 53 after losing battle to a lung ailment.
Siraj is currently in Australia with Indian team who will be taking on Australia in a two-month-long all-format bilateral series that gets underway on vember 27. Hyderab cricketer has been roped in Test squ for four-match series- first of which will be played on December 17. Meanwhile, it has been learned that Siraj won't return for last rites in Hyderab due to quarantine protocols.

'Lot of strength to...': Sourav Ganguly
Taking to micro-blogging site, reigning Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President wrote that 'May Mohammed Siraj have a lot of strength to overcome this loss' and at same time, former Indian skipper also wished him luck for upcoming series Down Under.
Coming from a humble background, Ghouse was instrumental in Siraj's growth as a cricketer as he supported his son's ambitions with his limited resources.
