Ramandeep & Vyshak Earn Call-ups As India's Squad For Four-Match T20I Series vs SA Announced
The BCCI has announced a 15-man squad for the 4-match T20I series against South Africa. Suryakumar will lead and 2 players will receive their maiden call-ups.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India have announced a 15-man squad for the four-match T20I series against South Africa. The series will take place ahead of the iconic Border-Gavaskar Trophy Series, and India's young guns will be in action against the Proteas Men. The four-match series will commence on November 8th, 2024, in Durban. The Final T20I will take place on November 15th at Johannesburg.

Team India Squad for South Africa T20I Series Announced, Two Players Earn Maiden Call-ups
The Indian Cricket Team will be heading to South Africa for a four-match T20I series. India's Young squad, with Suryakumar Yadav leading the charge, will lock horns with the Proteas Men in various regions of SA in the away tour. Top guns like Rinku Singh, Hardik Pandya and Sanju Samson are a part of the squad, and notable call-ups have also been made. Punjab batter Ramandeep Singh and Karnataka seamer Vijaykumar Vyshak have earned their maiden India call-ups and will be a part of the squad in South Africa.

The BCCI also offered details on the omission of three Indian cricketers. Pacer Mayank Yadav and all-rounder Shivam Dube are missing out from the squad. Notable, Yadav received his maiden cap in the Bangladesh T20I series and made an instant impact in the team. But the speedgun and Dube were unavailable for selection owing to injuries. Mayank is at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru for recuperation.
Another big blow is the absence of the dynamic all-rounder Riyan Parag. The Assam -based all-rounder has been advised to go for a long term resolution of his chronic right shoulder injury. In that case, he was deemed unavailable for selection as well.
