Brian Lara has been one of best as well as finest batsmen to have represented West Indies at highest level. Lara has represented Caribbean team from 1990-2007 in 131 Test matches and 299 One Day Internationals and has been a part of many of his team's memorable wins. However, it was on this very day in 2004 that 'Prince of Trinidad' became first-ever batsman to register a score of 400 during a Test match against Michael Vaughan-led English side.
That epic kck remains highest individual score in history of Test cricket to date.
