While speaking to local media at Gdafi Stium in Lahore, Mohsin Naqvi assured that Champions Trophy would certainly take place in Pakistan. He also spoke about ongoing tussle over location with India and BCCI after it was revealed that Indian team will not be travelling to PAK for CT25, citing security issues. As y intensify ir preparations for forthcoming ICC tournament, Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Mohsin Naqvi stated that no one could give m a hard time despite ongoing standoff.

“We will ensure that Champions Trophy is held in Pakistan. We have written a letter to ICC, we are awaiting a response. We are just talking to ICC. I believe sports and politics should not be mixed toger. I am just hoping for a positive result.

“[Hume Koi Tough Time Nahi De Sakta] I think no one can give us a tough time. Every ICC member has its right, things cannot function like this. I am just hoping for a positive result when it comes to Champions Trophy,” said Mohsin Naqvi.
