Complaint against RCA alleges violation of Lodha counsel in polls
The RCA violated the Supreme Court-mandated Lodha reforms during its elections, the faction which lost the polls has alleged in a complaint to the CoA.

Rajasthan Cricket Association violated Supreme Court-mandated Lodha reforms during its elections, faction which lost polls has alleged in a complaint to Committee of ministrators (CoA), demanding suspension of RCA's voting rights in upcoming BCCI elections. Vaibhav Gehlot, son of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, became RCA President in elections held on October 4 in which his faction won all six posts on offer. or faction, which was also led by a senior Congress leer in Rameshwar Dudi, h alleged that election officer RR Rashmi was wrong in upholding suspension of Nagaur, Sri Ganganagar, and Alwar district associations. three associations were allegedly connected to former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi and as a result minations of Dudi, himself and a few ors were canceled.

Complaints against RCA
Ram Prakash Choudhary, who lost to Vaibhav Gehlot for post of President, has w lodged a complaint with CoA, alleging violation of Lodha recommendations by RCA. "...fresh elections should be conducted by an independent Electoral Officer to be appointed by BCCI and under supervision of Ombudsman of RCA Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Gyan Sudha Mishra (Former Judge of Supreme Court)," he has demanded. He has requested that ne from current RCA be allowed to vote in elections of BCCI to be held on October 23. He has also demanded that election of Apex Council of RCA be declared void as it was "in violation of Rajasthan Sports Act, 2005, Bye-laws of RCA and General Rules and Regulations of Elections". Supreme Court has appointed Amicus Curiae to look into all legal matters related to BCCI elections. Tamil Nu and Haryana have alrey been suspended from BCCI polls by CoA, citing n-compliance with Lodha reforms in ir amended Constitutions.

Azharuddin appointed as President of HCA
former Indian captain, Mohamm Azharuddin was elected as President of Hyderab Cricket Association (HCA) on September 27. According to reports, out of 227 members, 223 h cast ir votes. former India captain secured 147 votes while Prakash Chand Jain polled only 73. It was reported that even though re were three candidates for president's post, main competition was between Azharuddin and Jain. Azharuddin, who appeared in 99 Tests and 334 ODIs, h filed his mination for president's post in HCA. As former Indian Captain's win was anunced, his fans celebrated at Rajiv Gandhi International Stium in Uppal. Taking it to Twitter, Azharuddin also posted about his win.
