While international cricket tours have been called off due to Coronavirus pandemic, players from England's county cricket club Surrey have put mselves under self-isolation as a precautionary measure related to coronavirus pandemic. anuncement regarding same was me by Surrey Cricket on Monday (March 16), while t revealing names of players.

Surrey players take precautionary measures against Coronavirus pandemic

Surrey in its statement said that self-isolated players have t reported symptoms of coronavirus pandemic disease, but due to close proximity, y have all been instructed to stay at home this week. statement furr said that six players will t be named at this point, while rest of squ will continue to train in  gym and Ken Barrington Centre at Kia Oval. Despite coronavirus pandemic, Surrey will continue ir preparations to play ir pre-season fixtures against Sussex which is scheduled to start on April 2.

Meanwhile, international players are set to re-join team for training next week. Sam Curran, Ben Foakes and Ollie Pope have returned from Sri Lanka following cancellation of two-Test series while Jason Roy is returning from his stint in PSL.

ECB being back players from Sri Lanka following coronavirus pandemic 

Recently ECB called back all players who were touring Sri Lanka to play in Test series due to  coronavirus pandemic. decision was anunced while English cricketers were playing second day of ir final warm-up fixture in Colombo. Later on, in its statement, ECB said that after discussions with Sri Lanka Cricket due to global outspre of coronavirus, board me decision to bring back players to UK. It furr said that physical and mental wellbeing of England cricketers and support teams was of utmost importance.
