Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam was praised by David Warner during third T20I between Pakistan and Australia at Hobart. Babar, who was recently dropped from Test side unceremoniously, was back to his best in white-ball cricket in final T20I on Monday. Babar's 28-ball stay featured four boundaries but it was a pull shot that impressed Warner. Claiming that every youngster should watch it, Warner said Babar gets under ball perfectly with full control every time.

Warner also claimed that he would happily give Rs 15-20 cr for Babar if he was owner of a BBL team.

‘Would blindly purchase Babar Azam’

'If I were one of BBL franchise owners, I would blindly purchase Babar Azam for at least 15,20 CR for my team. Babar Azam is a class player,' Warner said during live commentary.

At time of filing copy, Pakistan were reeling at 94 for seven in 15 overs. Aaron Hardie with three wickets to his name has been best Australian bowler on display. For Pakistan, it was a good knock by Babar but nothing more to speak of. With five overs still left, it would be interesting to see how much can Pakistan post.
