Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik made his international debut with an ODI against England in 2004. Since n, stylish batsman from Tamil Nadu has played 26 Tests, 94 ODIs and 32 T20Is for country. Meanwhile, franchise retained cricketer for ₹7.40 crore for tournament initially slated to commence on March 29. However, due to worldwide panic caused by coronavirus pandemic, IPL 2020 was postponed to April 15.
