Rohit Sharma-Led Team India Squad For Tests vs Bangladesh to be Announced on THIS Date

According to reports, BCCI will announce the squad for India's test series against Bangladesh at the end of the first round of Duleep Trophy matches.

BCCI selection committee is all set to anunce India squ for ir visit to Banglesh after first round of upcoming Duleep Trophy has concluded. 2024 Duleep Trophy will begin on Thursday in Bengaluru and Anantapur. India's matches against Banglesh will begin on 19th September and will be India's first test match since defeating England at home. selection committee led by Ajit Agarkar will most likely anunce squ after first round of Duleep Trophy matches. 

Several Big Names To Feature In Duleep Trophy 

Most of regular Indian names such as Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Jasprit Bumrah would t be featuring in Duleep Trophy but apart from m most of players from Indian Cricket Team have been named to participate in Duleep Trophy matches.

BCCI Training Camp And Long Test Calender  

According to a report by ESPN Cricinfo, BCCI will name squ for Banglesh test matches at end of first round of Duleep Trophy. It is also being reported that selected players will n be required to attend a training camp in Chennai on September 12 and n proceed to Banglesh test matches on 19th September.

With start of Banglesh series, begins India's long test calendar as part of World Test Championship. After conclusion of Banglesh test series, India will play three test matches at home against New Zealand in October and n travel to South Africa for a five-match white ball series. After that India will end year by playing Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. 

India currently sits at top of table in World Test Championship Rankings.
