England national rugby team defeated legendary All Blacks New Zealand in first semi-final of Rugby World Cup 2019 at International Stadium in Yokohama this past Saturday. In a one-sided encounter, England outclassed defending champions by a margin of 19-7 in front of over 68,000 people. ongoing ninth edition of Rugby World Cup is being played in Japan. With win, England will w face South Africa in final on vember 2 to chase ir second-ever world title. last time an English team won Rugby World Cup, was back in 2003 which was played in Australia and y beat hosts and ir arch-rivals in final.

England cricket team also enjoyed much success this year as national side won ir first-ever ICC Cricket World Cup this July by defeating New Zealand as well. In a nail-biting final, home side clinched victory on boundary count after a thrilling Super Over, which went down to last ball.

As England’s rugby team were dominating semi-final proceedings in Japan, English cricketers were enjoying show from sidelines. In a 15-second video tweet posted by England Cricket, English players can be seen cheering and celebrating rugby semi-final victory over ‘All Blacks’.
