Team India will be involved a three match ODI series against Australia, Following their triumph in the Asia Cup final, all the focus will now be shifted to the limited over series to be played across three venues. Ahead of the ICC ODI World Cup, this series will serve as a good buildup to the upcoming cricketing extravaganza which will take place later this year.

Ahead of the ICC World Cup, Australian Cricket team arrived in India
In the wake of the upcoming series, the Australian team arrived in India as the first ODI will be played in Mohali on 22nd September. The Aussies lost their recent ODI series against South Africa 3-2 and they would seek to restore their pride against the Men in Blue.

David Warner who has been pretty active on social media updated all his followers with a post on Instagram. The Australian squad will stay in India for quite a long time as they will also take part in a five match T20I series following the completion of the ICC ODI World Cup. Incidentally, the Men in Blue will also open their World Cup campaign against the Kangaroos on 8th October at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai.

Warner didn't have a good outing the last time Australia visited India and he will want to make amends this time.
Going into the World Cup, the Delhi Capitals opener will be one of Australia's key players as a sixth ODI World Cup trophy will be at stake for the visitors.
