Harbhajan Singh calls Virat Kohli 'modern generation's batting master'

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh hailed India's skipper Virat Kohli as 'modern generation's batting master', as he wished number one ODI batsman on his birthday. Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who turned 31 on Tuesday, was hailed by Harbhajan Singh as his 'chotte veer'. Harbhajan Singh took to Twitter to convey his birthday wishes to Virat Kohli and wished him success both on and off field. Virat Kohli is regarded as one of best batsmen in world and has earned reputation of being a great leader after a number of performances that have helped India win series, if t individual matches. Since he has started his international career, he has scored 21036 runs in 393 matches. In Test matches, he has scored 7066 runs in 82 matches, in ODI matches, he has scored 11,520 runs in 239 matches and he has scored 2450 matches in 72 matches.

Virat Kohli has scored 26 centuries in Test cricket and 43 centuries in ODI cricket.
