Hardik Pandya shares recovery video post successful surgery

Hardik Pandya took to social media to thank his fans for their support and wishes. The Indian all-rounder is expected to be declared match-fit in 3-4 months

Hardik Pandya successfully underwent surgery for his lower-back injury last Saturday. Indian all-rounder picked up this injury during Asia Cup in UAE last year. However, Hardik Pandya recovered in time to play 12th season of Indian Premier League (IPL) and 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup in England. injury once again resurfaced after India’s home T20I series against South Africa last month. Pandya travelled to London earlier this month with Team India physiorapist Yogesh Parmar. Baroda all-rounder is expected to stay out of cricketing action for a minimum of 12-16 weeks. He is likely to be declared match-fit before thirteenth edition of IPL next year.

Hardik Pandya begins his journey to recovery

star player took to Instagram and Twitter to post a mess for his fans. He thanked his fans on social media for all ir support and wishes. Mumbai Indians player also mentioned that his journey towards full recovery has begun and he is keenly waiting to step back into cricket field. Hardik Pandya last played an international game for India against South Africa for deciding T20I of 3-match series. Team India lost that match by 9 wickets to finish  series 1-1.

all-rounder was forced to skip Test series against South Africa at home. player was also rested for India’s tour of West Indies which immediately followed 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup. He also looks all set to miss out on upcoming home series against Bangladesh and West Indies. Hardik, however, will be eyeing a comeback to national side when Team India tours New Zealand next year for 3-ODIs, 2 Test matches and 5 T20Is.
