T20 World Cup Champion Hardik Pandya re-unites with his son Agastya and presents him his medal after he returns from national duty for the Indian Cricket Team.

Since their return from Barbados, Team India has been showered with love, affection, accolades, and even significant trophies. When the Indian cricket team, led by captain Rohit Sharma, arrived in Delhi for a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the festivities got underway. They afterwards relocated to Mumbai for the remaining functions. As the greatest celebration in recent memory drew to a conclusion, Team India took part in the bus parade from Nariman Point to the Wankhede Stadium and then completed a lap of honour. The majority of the starting players have made their way back to their cosy homes, and Hardik Pandya was greeted with open arms by his family members upon his homecoming. At last, the all-round player got to see his kid Agastya.

After celebrating the World Cup title win on the streets of Mumbai, most of the senior players have returned home to their families at their official residences. Hardik Pandya also went back home and he received a warm welcome from his family members. The all-rounder also reunited with his son Agastya and he wrapped him around in his arms. Hardik also gave his son the winning medal, which Agastya had around his neck. Pandya was relishing each moment as he met his son after being away in the United States and West Indies for over a month.
"My #1! Everything I do, I do for you," Pandya captioned the post on the social media platform Instagram.

For Hardik Pandya, it is a full-circle moment for him. After being booed throughout the IPL 2024 season at Wankhede Stadium, the all-rounder returned with fervour and full glory as he lifted the World Cup silverware in the air. The fans acknowledged his greatness as he made a stellar comeback to the venue.

After a thrilling final match, Team India overcame South Africa to win the T20 World Cup. But Hurricane Beryl left them stranded in Barbados, so they could not return right away. Following their arrival, there were wild celebrations in the streets of Mumbai as thousands turned out to honour the victory. There was no celebration like it.
