How Did Harshit Rana Tackled being Injury Prone To Become IPL's Top Sensation?
Harshit Rana got a lot of motivation after watching India deliver a fighting comeback against Australia in BGT series. It inspired Delhi pacer to compete for national side. But as he progressed, Rana dealt with a slew of injuries, and he h to pace through pain as he dealt with multiple fractures. Rana's far Preep, who represented CRPF in weightlifting and hammer throw, opened up on how he took his son through various hospitals and even sought an Ayurvedic way to heal his son's issues.
“First it was back, n it was groin, n calf and a niggle in shoulder. Every part of his body was injured. During that time I h taken him to many hospitals just to understand why he is breaking down. I even took him to an Ayurveda facility in Najafgarh. Whatever kwledge I gained from watching videos, and reing news items, I tried everything,” Preep said to Indian Express.

Reports also d that to cope with his health and man his fitness, Harshit Rana worked hard to shed 17 kgs in an attempt to eve injury issues in future. hamstring dam put him out of action for entire 2023-24 season of Ranji Trophy stuck realization on Delhi-based pacer. He remains injury-free as of w and is fast-tracked to be a part of upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy Series in Australia.
