Ahe of first T20 International against Banglesh on vember 3, Rohit Sharma in a press conference on Thursday shunned any news about Mahendra Singh Dhoni's retirement. Sharma, who will be leing side in T20 in absence of Virat Kohli, said that re is truth in retirement stories and some media houses are playing it unnecessarily. Earlier on Thursday, Banglesh players were seen practicing in Delhi with masks on amidst increased pollution in city.

Rohit Sharma to le in T20
Rohit Sharma arrived in Delhi on Thursday, dressed a press conference and said, "I have never heard se retirement rumours. It is you (media) that builds se rumours and n you only ask questions about it." Sharma also spoke about Sourav Ganguly being elected as new BCCI President and said that he has kwn Da for so many years and have played along with him for India and in IPL and we discussed only on selection of team when we met. Virat Kohli was rested for T20 series against Banglesh and Sharma was selected to le side. Kohli will, however, return to team to le Test side against Banglesh. When queried about pollution crisis in Delhi, he said, "I have just landed in Delhi, I haven’t h time to asses situation and as far as we kw match is scheduled for vember 3 and it’ll happen on 3rd."

BCCI gives green light
Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) gave a go-ahe for first T20 game between India and Banglesh scheduled to be played at Arun Jaitley Stium in Delhi amid worrying pollution levels in city. quality of air in nation's capital reached hazardous levels after festival of Diwali following which multiple pleas were me to Board to shift venue. BCCI, however, has decided to stick to its plan and has given a green light for match to take place as scheduled in Delhi. Questions are continuing to be posed to BCCI as to how players will be able to play a complete 40-over contest as Banglesh players were seen training at Arun Jaitley Stium wearing masks to protect mselves from polluted air.
