Team India's number three Test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara has leapfrogged current Pakistani skipper Babar Azam to occupy sixth spot in latest International Cricket Council (ICC) Test Rankings for batsmen. Meanwhile, India's Test vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane has also me progress in batsmen's rankings.
Cheteshwar Pujara occupies sixth spot in ICC Test Rankings
With 760 rating points, Pujara occupies sixth spot. Babar Azam on or hand has dropped down to seventh position with 755 points. Ajinkya Rahane is at eighth spot with 748 points. New Zealand middle-order batsman Henry Nicholls (747), and, Ben Stokes (744) complete rankings by occupying ninth and 10th positions respectively.

Top 5 batsmen in ICC Test Rankings
English Test skipper Joe grabs fifth position with 823 points. However, Indian skipper Virat Kohli (862) has w come down to number four whereas, Australian batting sensation Marnus Labuschagne (878) has moved up to number three riding on his impressive performances in recently-concluded four-match home Test series against India.

Labuschagne's team-mate and red-ball specialist Steve Smith takes second spot with 891 points. With 919 points in his tally, New Zealand captain Kane Williamson retains 'Numero U' spot.
