Team India is looking to complete an ODI whitewash against Australia as they play the Aussies in the IND vs AUS 3rd ODI at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot on Wednesday. Pat Cummins won the toss and Australia elected to bat first against India. Rohit Sharma and Co. are already 2-0 up in the three-match series and decided to make some wholesale changes ot their playing XI.
Rohit had already confirmed in the press conference that India is short of players due to several cricketers going back home due to illness, injury, and personal reasons. And that reflected in the playing XI as several players from the 2nd ODI missed the match. However, the absence of Ishan Kishan from the starting 11 raised some eyebrows.

The question that would be coming to everyone Indian cricket team fan's mind would be 'what happened to Ishan Kishan'. Rohit Sharma confirmed at the toss that Ishan is out of the India vs Australia 3rd ODI due to an illness.

"UPDATE: Ishan Kishan was unavailable for selection for the 3rd ODI due to an illness. Additionally, four local state players - Dharmendra Jadeja, Prerak Mankad, Vishwaraj Jadeja and Harvik Desai will support the team for drinks and fielding throughout the match," BCCI said in a statement.
