Rahim and Das show some fight

Mahmudullah Riyadh and Mushifiqur Rahim had a mammoth task ahead of m to avoid an innings defeat. Mohammed Shami started proceedings for hosts post-lunch with Ravindra Jadeja operating from or end. Both batsmen changed ir approach and attacked Indian spinners and pierced gaps consistently for a brief period. But partnership was put to an end when Ravichandran Ashwin flighted delivery and Das went for a drive which ended up in bowler's hands. Das scored a quick 35 off 39 balls with six boundaries.

Tailender Mehidy Hasan joined Rahim in middle. Rahim completed his half-century in process and Hasan supported him well. Both ensured that furr dam was done as y saw ir team to tea on Day 3 at 191/6. Rahim is batting on 53 and Hasan on 38. visitors are still trailing by 152 runs.

Bangladesh dominated this session as y lost only two wickets and scored runs at a quick pace. y will try to drag match for as long as possible. If y man to take match to Day 4, it could well be a moral victory for m.
