Ind Vs SA: Bad Light Halts Play Again, South Africa 9-2 at stumps

Play was halted on Day two of the final Test at Ranchi due to bad light, making it the second consecutive day for the play to be stopped for the same reason

Play was halted on Day two of final Test at Ranchi due to b light, making it second consecutive day for play to be stopped for same reason. Trailing India by 497 runs, South Africa lost two early wickets with Dean Elgar going for a duck followed by Quinton de Kock. Mohamm Shami and Umesh Yav struck gold in ir first spell as y left Proteas rattled before play was halted. After a monumental 200 from Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane's first century in series, India was powered ahe to 497 by Ravindra Jeja and Umesh Yav at which hosts declared. game was stopped due to b light on Day one following which play was closed early due to showers.

In first match of Test series at Vishakhapatnam, Mayank Agarwal tched up his maiden test double ton as he scored 215 off 371 balls smashing 6 sixes and 23 fours and helped India put up a massive score of 502 in first innings. Rohit Sharma also scored centuries in both innings of match to help India win first match by 203 runs. second test saw skipper Virat Kohli smash records and runs as he scored a 'ddy' hundred and helped India win match with his 254 off 336 balls. In third match which is currently underway, Rohit Sharma brought up his maiden double century in style with a six as scored 212 off 255 balls with a strike rate of 83.15.

Indian team dominates SA in third Test so far

South Africa got off to a brilliant start as ir pace attack led by Kagiso Raba rattled Indian top order and reduced Indians to 39 for 3 with Cheteshwar Pujara getting out on a duck. India's deputy test skipper Rahane and Rohit n took it on mselves to stey innings. Rahane played a fantastic inning went on to score a brilliant century before getting out on 115 off 192 balls. This was Rahane's first century since 2016 whereas India's new Test opener, Rohit Sharma smashed a double ton and kept his blazing form on.
