South Africa have not had a memorable tour as things have not gone their way. Their miseries continued on Tuesday as well when they arrived in Ranchi to play the third Test their bus got stuck at the hotel gate and they had to get down from the bus and walk to the team hotel.
The Proteas are stationed at a hotel which is thirteen kilometres away from the JSCA International Cricket Stadium, the venue of the third Test, while the Indian team is put up nine kilometres away from the venue. Generally, both the teams are situated in the same hotel but this time around due to a doctor's conference the hotel was booked a year ago and that is why both the teams had to be stationed separately.
