The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) franchise has reportedly extended the six-day quarantine period and will now begin training for IPL 2020 on September 1.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) squ touched base in Dubai on August 21 for upcoming Indian Premier League 2020 (IPL 2020) season. However, ir players are yet to begin training sessions in United Arab Emirates (UAE) because of mandatory six-day quarantine period put in place by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and IPL 2020 governing council. While CSK players and coaching staff were scheduled to begin training on Friday, August 28, it appears y have extended ir quarantine period beyond mandated six days.

According to a report by ESPNCricinfo, CSK franchise has extended quarantine period for ir players.
