Australian pacer Kane Richardson has tested negative for Coronavirus after he was quarantined in wake of Coronavirus outbreak. cricketer is currently engd in an ODI series against visiting New Zealand team. However, 29-year old South Australian was withdrawn from squad after he complained about having a sore throat night before first ODI.

After testing negative for Coronavirus, cricketer was seen re-joining Australian side during AUS vs NZ first ODI. pacer will w be available for selection for both of remaining matches of ongoing Chappell-Hadlee Trophy ODI series. Kane Richardson will also be available to play for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in much-anticipated Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) season.

During recently concluded IPL 2020 auction, pacer was acquired by franchise for ₹4 crore. However, right-arm bowler will have to wait a while to don his RCB jersey due to postponement of impending IPL season. Amidst threat of highly-contagious Coronavirus, IPL governing council recently postponed tournament launch date to April 15 instead of its initial date of March 29.
