IPL trading window recently came to a conclusion as all eight franchises are w geared up for upcoming auction on December 19 in Kolkata. Here, we take a look at a team-wise purse and slot availability and how all teams fare up ahead of IPL 2020 auction.

IPL 2020 team-wise purse availability after releasing players

Chennai Super Kings

three-time IPL winning franchise has ₹14.6 crores remaining in funds. y have five players slots available which include spots for two overseas cricketers. Cricketers like Sam Billings, Mohit Sharma and David Willey among ors were some of players released by franchise.

Mumbai Indians

After releasing as much as 12 cricketers from ir line-up, Mumbai Indians have ₹13.05 crores left in ir purse. y have seven slots left for upcoming auction which includes two slots for overseas players.

Kings XI Punjab

Punjab-based team released ir T20 veteran David Miller along with 2018’s purple-cap winner Andrew Tye. After releasing three of ir players, Kings XI Punjab are w left with a purse of ₹42.70 crores ahead of auction, largest among all eight franchises. y have 11 slots with four for overseas cricketers.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

Royal Challengers Bangalore have ₹27.90 crores remaining in ir purse for upcoming auction. During trading and exchange window, RCB released Marcus Stoinis, Tim Soue, Shimron Hetmeyer among ors. y have 12 slots available, including six for n-Indian players.

Delhi Capitals

Delhi Capitals released several young Indian cricketers from ir line-up and have ₹27.85 crores left in ir purse. y also have 11 slots left with five being reserved for foreign players.

Kolkata Knight Riders

two-time IPL winning team released only two players in form of Robin Uthappa and Chris Lynn. y are left with ₹35.65 crores in ir purse and have 11 slots available (four overseas) for upcoming auction.

Sunrisers Hyderabad

With ₹17 crores left in bank, Sunrisers Hyderabad will head into December auctions with seven slots in hand. Two out of ir seven slots are reserved for foreign cricketers.

Rajasthan Royals

Inaugural IPL winners released most number of players in trading window, along with Mumbai Indians. y have a balance of ₹28.90 crores in ir purse and can purchase 11 players in coming auction. Four out of ir 11 are reserved for overseas players.
