IPL Auction 2020: CSK's cryptic tweet, speculated as releasing of 5 players excites fans

IPL trading window will close by end of Friday and fans will have a very clear idea about exact teams which will be heading to 2020 IPL Auction in Kolkata next month. A lot of trading has taken place in last week with big players like Ravichandran Ashwin and Ajinkya Rahane finding new homes. Among teams which seemed to stay away from trading action, one were three-time champions Chennai Super Kings, but only until Thursday.

Chennai posts cryptic tweet
On eve of player trading window coming to a close, Chennai Super Kings tweeted out a cryptic tweet that said "Relea5ing Tomorrow!." This tweet, very clearly, felt like a hint towards IPL giants releasing five players from ir current squad. se players have t been anunced but it is being heavily speculated that English wicketkeeper Sam Billings, Indian pacer Mohit Sharma and English all-rounder David Willey may be among likely five.

An intense one week
last one week has been host to some serious trading between eight teams as some massive transfers took place in this period. Kings XI Punjab skipper Ravichandran Ashwin was traded to Delhi Capitals. Rajasthan Royals veteran Ajinkya Rahane was traded to Delhi Capitals. New Zealand pacer Trent Boult and West Indies' all-rounder Sherfane Rurford also made his way to Mumbai Indians. It was also being speculated that Delhi may trade away young-gun Prithvi Shaw also.
