IPL Auction 2020: Three Bangladesh player who could be picked
As we inch closer towards the IPL Auction 2020, we take a look at three possible Bangladeshi cricketers who could be picked by franchises on December 19.

When compared to players from Australia, West Indies and England, Bangladeshi cricketers have always had a limited presence in Indian Premier League (IPL). However, limited presence aside, ir cricketers have been impactful for ir respective franchises. For instance, talented left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman won ‘Emerging Player of Year’ award for 2016 edition and in doing so, became first and only n-Indian cricketer to achieve this feat.

Mustafizur Rahman
With 17 wickets in 16 matches for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2016 edition, Mustafizur Rahman won ‘Emerging Player of Year’ award. He, along with Bhuvneshwar Kumar formed a deadly fast-bowling combo and were instrumental in SRH’s first-ever IPL victory. bowler was n picked up by Mumbai Indians for 2018 edition but was released by franchise before start of IPL 2019.

Mushfiqur Rahim
Mushfiqur Rahim is yet to play IPL. Bangladeshi veteran, however, boasts an impressive limited-overs record for his country. A regular figure in Bangladesh Premier League, cricketer scored 426 runs in 2018-19 edition for his team Chittagong Vikings. If selected in IPL, wicketkeeper-batsman could be a handy asset for his team with his big-hitting abilities and behind--stumps skills.

Tamim Iqbal
stylish left-handed batsman was signed on Pune Warriors India in 2012 but failed to feature in any match for team. Iqbal is one of best batsmen for Bangladesh in all three formats of game. He is also only Bangladeshi batsman to register a T20I century when he smashed an unbeaten 103 against Oman during ICC World Twenty20 2016 in India.
