IPL Auction 2020: Two former IPL winners to be part of Bangladesh Premier League draft
IPL Auction 2020: Three Indian players who have been a part of Indian Premier League (IPL) once are part of the player draft for the new season of the BPL.

Three Indian players, who have been a part of Indian Premier League (IPL), are part of player draft for new season of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) which will begin on December 11.

Manvinder Bisla, pacer Manpreet Gony and former Rajasthan Royals (RR) player Kumar Boresa have been included in draft. Bisla is remembered for playing a magnificent kck in final of 2012 IPL which helped Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) claim ir first IPL trophy.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is trying to raise level and rebuild im of BPL by planning to bring on board out-of-contract Indian players.

Due to match-fixing scandals and delay in payment of some foreign players, im of BPL (which was launched in 2011) has been tarnished. This enforced country’s cricket board to take control of event and rename it as ‘Bangabandhu BPL’.

According to a PTI report, BCB's President Nazmul Hassan said that y proposed to bring in Indian players who don't have a contract with Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as y could play in principle. He added that he was t sure if y would get m in this BPL, but were hopeful of getting m in future. He assured that y were trying ir best to get m in this BPL too.

According to reports, BCCI does t allow any of its players to play in any Twenty20 league outside lucrative Indian Premier League (IPL). Gony and former World Cup winner Yuvraj Singh (after retirement) were rare exceptions who played in Global T20 Canada this year.

draft includes foreign cricketers with 95 English, 89 Pakistani and 44 Sri Lankan players.
